Adbrite is Shutting Down its service on 1st of February

The exchange service adbrite has announced that they will shut down there service from 1st of February.They have sent emails to their publishers and advertisers notifying that they will close down their services from 1 st of February. You all migt be aware of adbrite becuase it is the most recommended company and the best alternative for adsense to make money from your blog .Well obviously if you are an adbrite publisher or either advertiser then you might have recived an email like below containing it as a notice in the email.

Dear adBrite Advertiser,
Over the last few weeks, adBrite and its management have been evaluating the go-forward plan for the business. Given market conditions and certain financial liabilities, in working with our lenders, we have decided to cease operations on Feb 1, 2013.
This is a difficult decision for all of us at adBrite. However, after much deliberation this seems to be the best course of action despite the impact it will have on all the employees, clients and partners who helped build this business. There will be a team in place as needed to assist with winding down your campaign, and final reporting and invoicing.

The CEO of adbrite Hardeep Bindra has stated in an interview that he started this website to sell ad spaces on websites just like adsense does .But due to some crisis and other problems they have to shut down their services permanently.Well it will be a big draw back for those peoples who are using adBrite to monetize their site as from 1st of February.
